"When my son was almost a year old, I cracked open the laptop and let the story of my first novel carry me away. Since then I haven’t stopped typing. I enjoy writing and am very excited about the release of my first novel. I have two writing passions. One is for my creative brain that has tons of stories in queue and the other is my desire to write children’s books that my son and daughter will enjoy. My novel was created to spark conversation. Now I am excited to soon be releasing my children’s book and make available my first stage play.
When I am not writing I am working with non profit organizations to assist in donor development and fundraising. I have created several workshops that support healthy relationships and I look forward to being the speaker at your next event!"

"Brenda is a copywriter who spent two decades helping businesses communicate in a less corporate-ty and more human. She wrote a children’s book because, 'Being human is tough. And I want to help soothe the experience.' Her book helps kids (and let's be honest, adults too) find relief through the self-doubt and stress of being human. It’s intended to serve as one more tool in our I'm-awesome-toolbox so that we can spend more days showing up as our beautiful, incredible selves."
